These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TimelessListening.com website, including its audiobook library, membership services, audio recordings, literary content, text, images, videos, and other materials made available through the website (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using TimelessListening.com, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or accessing content through the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. ABOUT TIMELESS LISTENING
Timeless Listening is a digital literary listening platform providing access to audiobooks and related literary content.
Our Services may include:
Full-length audiobook recordings;
Public-domain literary works;
Works for which we have obtained appropriate rights or permissions;
Exclusive editions and recordings;
Children's audiobooks;
Literary insights and educational content;
“Secrets,” “Why,” and “Timeless Lessons” content;
Other literary and audio content introduced from time to time.
The availability of particular titles, recordings, features, and services may change from time to time.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or enter into a paid agreement with Timeless Listening, unless applicable law permits otherwise with appropriate parental or guardian consent.
By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization or another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization or person to these Terms.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
Certain features of the Services require you to create a Timeless Listening account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information where information is required;
Keep your account information reasonably up to date;
Maintain the confidentiality of your password;
Not share your account credentials with other persons;
Promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Your email address is used to identify your account and may be used for account verification, sign-in, password recovery, membership-related communications, and important service notifications.
You may use an email address dedicated specifically to your Timeless Listening account if you prefer.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except where such activity results from circumstances beyond your reasonable control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are reasonably suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
4. MEMBERSHIP
Timeless Listening may offer prepaid, fixed-term membership packages that provide access to eligible audiobook content available through the Services.
The membership packages currently offered are:
1 Month — US$5
3 Months — US$10
12 Months — US$20
Membership prices and available plans may be changed from time to time. The applicable price will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Membership Access
An active membership provides you with a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access eligible audiobook content through the Services during the applicable membership period.
Membership does not transfer ownership of any audiobook, recording, literary work, or other intellectual property to you.
Membership is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
5. MEMBERSHIP PERIOD AND EXPIRATION
Membership begins after the applicable payment has been successfully completed and verified and the membership has been activated.
Membership remains active for the period corresponding to the membership package purchased.
At the end of the applicable period, the membership will expire automatically.
Timeless Listening currently does not automatically renew membership packages unless we expressly state otherwise for a particular plan.
If you wish to continue using the Services after your membership expires, you may purchase another membership package.
You will not be charged again simply because your previous membership has expired.
6. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Timeless Listening is committed to minimizing the amount of sensitive payment information handled by our platform.
Payment through PayPal
Membership payments are processed through PayPal.
The normal payment process is:
Select Membership → Continue to PayPal → Complete Payment through PayPal → Payment Confirmed → Membership Activated
Timeless Listening does not collect or store your:
Full credit card number;
Full debit card number;
CVV/CVC security code;
PayPal password;
Online banking password.
Your payment information is handled through PayPal's payment environment.
Timeless Listening may receive limited transaction information necessary to:
Confirm payment;
Identify the transaction;
Activate your membership;
Determine your membership plan;
Manage membership expiration;
Provide customer support;
Prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions;
Maintain appropriate accounting records.
Such information may include a transaction reference, payment status, payment amount, transaction date, membership plan, and other limited information made available by the payment provider.
Your use of PayPal is subject to PayPal's own terms, privacy policy, and other applicable policies.
7. PAYMENT VERIFICATION AND MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION
Membership access will be activated only after the payment has been successfully confirmed and verified through the applicable payment-processing system.
A browser redirect or payment-page message alone does not necessarily constitute confirmation of payment.
Once successful payment has been verified, the membership system will automatically activate the applicable membership package associated
with your Timeless Listening account.
If payment has been completed but your membership has not been activated within a reasonable period, please contact us.
8. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
8.1 Fixed-Term Membership
Membership packages are prepaid, fixed-term memberships.
Once a membership has been purchased and activated, you may continue to use the Services until the end of the applicable membership period.
You may not pause or suspend an active membership.
You may not cancel an active membership partway through its membership period in order to obtain a refund or extension.
Your membership will simply expire at the end of the purchased period.
8.2 No Automatic Renewal
Because our current membership packages are not automatically renewing subscriptions, you will not be charged again after your membership expires unless you actively purchase another membership package.
8.3 Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been purchased and activated, except:
Where a refund is required by applicable law;
Where Timeless Listening expressly agrees to provide a refund;
In the event of an unauthorized or erroneous transaction that is confirmed after investigation;
Where a material technical failure attributable to Timeless Listening prevents the purchased membership from being provided and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.
If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly, that a payment was unauthorized, or that there is a technical problem affecting your membership, please contact us promptly.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights or statutory refund rights that apply to you under applicable law.
9. ACCESS TO DIGITAL CONTENT
An active membership provides access to eligible digital content available through the Services during the applicable membership period.
Membership provides a right of access, not ownership, to the content.
Unless expressly permitted by us or applicable law, you may not:
Copy our protected recordings;
Redistribute them;
Sell them;
Upload them to another platform;
Make them available for public download;
Share them through file-sharing services;
Use them as part of another commercial product.
We do not guarantee that every title will remain available indefinitely.
A particular audiobook or recording may become unavailable due to:
Copyright or licensing changes;
Rights-holder requirements;
Legal requirements;
Technical issues;
Changes to our catalog;
Business or operational decisions.
Where reasonably appropriate, we may replace unavailable content with other content.
10. PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE
The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may listen to eligible audiobooks for your own:
Personal enjoyment;
Education;
Study;
Cultural or literary interest.
You may not use Timeless Listening recordings for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Without permission, you may not:
Publicly perform our recordings for commercial purposes;
Broadcast our recordings;
Use our recordings in commercial videos or podcasts;
Sell or sublicense our recordings;
Incorporate our recordings into another commercial product or service.
11. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or redistribute protected recordings except as expressly permitted by law or by us;
Upload our recordings to another website, platform, cloud service, torrent, file-sharing service, or social-media account;
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to your account;
Share your membership credentials with other persons;
Circumvent technical measures designed to protect our content;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or another user's account;
Use bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or automated systems to collect content without our written permission;
Interfere with the operation or security of the website;
Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Timeless Listening;
Attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or falsify payment or membership status.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where these restrictions are violated.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Timeless Listening website, its design, branding, logos, original text, graphics, software, original audio recordings, video materials, editorial content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Timeless Listening and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The name Timeless Listening, our logos, branding, website design, original recordings, and original editorial content may not be used without our prior written permission.
13. PUBLIC-DOMAIN WORKS
Timeless Listening may provide literary works that are believed to be in the public domain in one or more jurisdictions.
Public-domain status may vary between countries and jurisdictions.
A public-domain literary work does not necessarily mean that every particular:
Translation;
Adaptation;
Recording;
Edition;
Annotation;
Cover image;
Introduction;
Other presentation
is itself in the public domain.
Our audiobook recordings may contain original performances, introductions, editorial materials, adaptations, or other elements that are separately protected by copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
Accordingly, you must not assume that a work's public-domain status gives you unrestricted rights to copy or redistribute Timeless Listening's particular recording or presentation.
14. COPYRIGHTED AND LICENSED WORKS
Timeless Listening may provide works, translations, recordings, adaptations, or other materials that are protected by copyright and made available under license, permission, or other lawful authorization.

15. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If Timeless Listening allows users to submit comments, reviews, feedback, or other materials (“User Content”), you remain responsible for the content you submit.
By submitting User Content, you grant Timeless Listening a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that User Content for purposes related to operating, promoting, and improving the Services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the User Content.
You must not submit content that:
Infringes another person's intellectual-property rights;
Is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, or abusive;
Contains malicious software;
